RECOMMENDATION:


That Council support the 7th Avenue Greenway Project - Phase One (Grand Street to Fraser River Heritage Park) project proceeding to the next phases of finalizing the design for tender and construction.

RECOMMENDATION:


That the Preferred Land Use Plan, identified as Attachment A in the December 20, 2021 report by the Project Manager of the Waterfront Master Plan, serve as the basis for preparing the Mission Waterfront Revitalization Initiative Master Plan.

RECOMMENDATION:


That, notwithstanding the special condition noted in Council resolution RC21/238, the 2021 Community Event Grant in the amount of $1,000 be disbursed to the Stave Falls Community Association.

RECOMMENDATION:


That Housing Agreement Bylaw 6078-2021 be considered for first, second, and third readings.  

RECOMMENDATION:


That Development Variance Permit DV21-024 for 7658 Taulbut Street to vary:

  1. Section 901 D.3. by reducing the minimum setback from all Undevelopable Areas from 6.0 m (19.7 ft) to 0.0 m (0.0 ft); and
  2. Section 901 F.2. by increasing the permitted Floor Space of the uppermost Storey from 80% of the Storey below to 115% of the storey below it,

of Zoning Bylaw 5949-2020 be approved.

RECOMMENDATION:


That the Mission Community Heritage Commission Work Plan, identified as Attachment A in the December 20, 2021 report by the Manager of Long Range Planning & Special Projects, be approved.

A bylaw to authorize the City of Mission to enter into a housing agreement with Mil-Kai Investments Ltd. and Tiegen Management Ltd. for the property located at 33920 Barker Court
